The 97th district will be very competitive in 2008 with an open opportunity for Page Jones to defeat the incumbent. Ruth Page Jone’s reputation as a community leader and her skills at grassroots organizing have already proven she can bring together people of all political persuasions to work for a common cause and achieve shared goals.
Page Jones’ references her background as an active and supportive member of the community, engaging in public service through work, school and church, when she says, “I have proven over and over, on many different levels, and in many different situations, that I have the enthusiasm and drive to accomplish positive results.”
